Vincenzo Palumbo, previously founder of Projecta Engineering, has transformed the ceramic tiles sector with the introduction of digital printing technologies for decoration, now a standard in the industry.

Andrea Malagoli is well known in the world of packaging machines as vice-president of UCIMA (Italian Packaging Machinery Manufacturers' Association) and member of IMA Group, world leader in the design and manufacture of automatic machines for the processing and packaging.

Vincenzo Palumbo is in charge for the technological and production development of NEOS technologies, while Andrea Malagoli handles the financial and commercial side of the business with a strong focus on international markets.
